Rita Ernst is an organizational effectiveness consultant, executive coach, and owner at Ignite Your Extraordinary and the author of Show Up Positive. She has consulted at Gap Inc., Humana, Surgical Care Affiliates, and numerous privately held companies to restore teamwork and positive culture, resulting in improved employee morale, reduced operating costs, and increased profit margins.
